Circular inviting project proposals
Concept Proposals are invited from faculty members
MRU – MMC & RI calls for research concepts in non-communicable disease area from faculty members of MMC & RI. The research concepts will be assessed by the Executive Committee (EC) and Local Research Advisory Committee (LRAC) of MRU. The LRAC meeting will be held once in six months.
Initially the investigators are required to submit a concept note (pre-proposal). This note should comprise the justification, objectives of the study, novelty, applicability & expected outcomes, benefits, proposed methodology, duration of the project (not more than two years) and tentative budget (not more than four lakhs).
The Principal investigators (Pl’s) of the shortlisted concept notes are asked to expand their proposal into detailed project in the prescribed format.
